routes 662 & 665
I can date as far as 23rd September 2002 where the 665 is pretty much the same except it had only one journey both peaks and ran to Surbiton Station Claremont Road instead of Berrylands Road Howard Road.
Eight years later on the seventh of June 2010, the 665 received an extra journey 2 minutes behind the first in both termini. Then as time went on, it was proven that the 665 could not cope and passengers were left behind, much of it's restricted single deck capacity. So it was decided to create a new route, 662 to share the same termini as sister 665, but routed away from Berrylands and converted to double deck.
The consultation was successful and by 23 January 2014, the change occured. Thus route 665 was cut from Surbiton Station Claremont Road (now 662's terminus) to Berrylands Road Howard Road.
